The location was perfect. It made sightseeing easy. the room decor felt fresh. the bathroom was nice and i appreciated the size, it felt spacious. the bed was comfy. I slept really well.

friendly staff clean room street noise no fitness

The location suited my needs well. Parking was available across the street, I consider this a plus. The hotel staff where friendly. The room was clean upon my arrival.

My room faced a noisy street. Street noise was audible during night hours. The room did not have fitness facilities. I think this a minus for a hotel in this price range.

a good stay overall

central location helpful staff dirty carpet faulty outlet

the staff were wonderfully helpful with directions. the location was central making it easy to explore. i enjoyed the lovely bar that was directly attached to the hotel, it offered a cozy retreat. the room had a very comfortable bed with nice bedding.

the carpets seemed quite dirty, it gave me pause. the bathroom door did not close completely. this made using the restroom a little awkward. a number of outlets throughout the room did not work. thankfully, the hotel loaned adapters.

i found the location convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful . the hotel was very clean, and i appreciated the breakfast options. the airport express bus stopped just a short walk from the entrance.

the coffee in the entry wasn't complimentary, slightly frustrating.

fantastic experience!

convenient location accommodating staff clean room

the location was very convenient for walking to many attractions. the staff were accommodating from check-in to check-out. anna at reception and manager patrick were pretty good too ensure our group's check-in was easy. housekeeping kept our rooms very spacious and clean.

the hard pillows made it slightly difficult to sleep.

Really good Stay in Central Location

The staff was helpful . The receptionists provided useful suggestions for restaurants and attractions. I also appreciated the quick delivery of a refrigerator to my room upon request. The breakfast buffet offered many choices.

The minibar was missing in my room. A four-star hotel should include this convenience. I think it is reasonable to have a towel rack if the goal is to reuse towels.

This hotel has an excellent location. It's within walking distance of many attractions, including museums and shopping areas. Several pubs and restaurants are just a few minutes away, and there is even one within the hotel. Amazing!!!
